Get ready for EUPRIO 2025: your key information before arrival

On 18 August you will receive a dedicated message via email, containing your personal QR Codes for:

  1. Registration at the Conference – to be presented upon arrival at the Registration Desk in the EDP Plaza at NovaSBE. This QR Code is essential for: collecting your conference bag and materials, appearing on MyEUPRIO as attending, making your profile visible and contactable by other participants, receiving your certificate of participation at the close of the conference.
     
  2. The Networking Dinner – (dress code: casual) at Forte de São Julião da Barra, Av. Marginal 10, 2780-267 Cruz Quebrada (Portugal), on Thursday evening, 21 August 2025 at 20:00. Please present it at the dinner entrance. ­

  • Thursday, 21 August: 09:00–17:00 (registrations before 14:30)

MyEUPRIO web app
The conference programme, your personalised schedule, and a map of all venues will be accessible via the MyEUPRIO web app on your smartphone. A printed map will also be available at the information desk, though we recommend consulting the app and the conference website regularly for the updated programme and the latest updates on the specific page. Once your attendance is confirmed at the conference registration desk, your name will automatically appear in the alphabetical list of participants by country, visible to all attendees through the MyEUPRIO app. This will also allow us to send your certificate of attendance, available to download from the “Profile/History” section after the event. ­

 

📎 Your Badge:
Your badge will include a QR code containing your contact details, which others can scan to save directly to their phones. Please keep your badge with you at all times to facilitate access and networking opportunities. ­ ­ All conference sessions and social activities will take place on the Nova SBE Carcavelos Campus, except for the networking dinner on 21 August, which will be held at Forte de São Julião da Barra, directly opposite the university. ­

 

🚌 Transport:
Private shuttle services will be available for those staying at the Lisboa Marriott Hotel. The timetable is as follows:

If you prefer to make your own travel arrangements, Uber operates efficiently and affordably in Portugal. Please note that traffic along the coastal road between Lisbon and Carcavelos can be heavy during the summer. We recommend not returning to the hotel between the end of sessions and dinner – instead, why not enjoy some time on the beach in front of the university? ­

 

🥂 Evening Events:
The evening events on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday are designed as informal moments for relaxation and networking. The dress code is casual. All dinners will be buffet-style, with several serving points and options for guests with food intolerances or dietary restrictions. Only Friday, 22 August will feature music and dancing. ­ ­

 

👉Networking dinner - Thursday, 21 August If you have signed up for the networking dinner, you will receive a QR code by email. You must present it at the entrance to Forte de São Julião da Barra. Entry will be granted only to those who confirmed their participation during the online registration. ­

 

👫 Accompanying Persons:
Only registered colleagues may attend the conference and social events. If you wish to bring a guest to the dinners, you must inform us when collecting your badge at the registration desk. ­ ­

 

🎙️ Parallel Sessions:
We kindly ask all participants to attend the sessions they selected during online registration. If you have not yet made your choices, you may do so on site – subject to room capacity. For safety reasons, no room may exceed its planned attendance. Daily schedules and available seats will be posted outside each room.. ­ ­

 

📬 Communication Tools:
