In this session, we will share our experiences of changing the way we tell stories and spread news in social media, specifically by engaging brand ambassadors and spending less time creating content for our brand accounts. At OsloMet, we rely on employees, students and alumni to help us tell compelling stories and share brand content. But the kinds of support these different groups need from us varies significantly.
We're looking forward to hearing from colleagues around Europe about their experiences and perspectives on working with brand ambassadors.
