The results of the EUPRIO survey ”Your opinion matters!” will be used to help the association of European university public relations and communications professionals improve its services in the New Year and years to come!
Members of EUPRIO are being invited to help the association’s Steering and Executive Committees develop improved services in the future, reports Nic Mitchell.
A questionnaire was emailed to members on our database before Christmas and the deadline for replies has been extended to January 27.
Here is a link to it if you cannot find the email.
EUPRIO’s vice-president Uwe Steger, who chairs the branding task force, said: “We have had quite a few replies already and look forward to hearing from you. Your opinion is important, because this is your organisation!
“It will be as good as you are willing to contribute… at least your ideas,” said EUPRIO’s vice-president Uwe.
He adds: “We have to look at the branding of our association. We know the acronym sounds good and should not be changed – but aren´t the specifications ‘public relations’ and ‘information officers’ quite old fashioned?
“And what about the logo?
“These are just some of these questions we are already discussing. And last, but not least, we want to find out what more should EUPRIO be doing for special internal target groups – like newcomers on the one hand and heads of communications on the other.
“What will be the USP of EUPRIO and what will be the added value for every single member?
“The key question is: how can we make the association more valuable, more visible, more unique?”
