Master Classes last 3 hours. Master classes are intensive training courses offered to directors, managers and heads of office. The speaker provides participants an overview of the key elements of the topic. After setting the problems, the participants will react, discuss and consult with the speaker. Work groups are sometimes formed.
Lectures last 1.5 hours and are repeated twice. They are presentations of policies, techniques & tools tied to the conference theme and mainly directed to officers and juniors.

Workshops last one hour and will be presented twice. Real-world practices and case studies taken from higher education institutions and tied with the conference theme are presented, usually by one of the people who carried them out. Workshops can serve a variety of functions, from generating and implementing projects to learning about current issues, new perspectives and technologies. Shared expertise and experiences are often a starting point for further discussion after the sessions.
Benchmarking-Sessions are moderated discussions about a specific topic. There is a short introduction to the topic and then participants are invited to discuss their experiences, problems, and questions related to that topic in order to share best-practices and solutions.
