Looking to the future with hope, inspiration and a dose of reality

As we all face changing higher education landscapes, not just locally but globally, where do we find our inspiration to meet the increasingly complex challenges? In the face of the biggest challenge of all, the climate crisis, how do our institutions play their part and genuinely make a difference? With technology offering us myriad options and methods for communications, do we get lost in the tangled web, or do we turn towards it for inspiration?

With a global brand to manage, devolved budgets and priorities to contend with and a need to balance growth with student satisfaction, hear how Theresa Merrick has been leading her team through crisis, triumphs and everything in between, all the while with one eye on the future.
